BioCurious Bioinformatics Project

Page history last edited by Jon Reyles 12 years ago

Project Objectives

We're going to explore uBiome & the 23andMe data, but first we want to experiment with Rosalind and make it a hands-on based Bioinformatics seminar. Brett and Jon will go over some of the Rosalind exercises, and we'll see where everyone is at with their python coding. This will be a while (probably for about a month or so) and once everyone is comfortable, we should have a better defined project.
